Qualification:
The following is the general processing technological process of fiberglass round rods:
1. Raw material preparation: Prepare raw materials such as fiberglass yarn and resin.
2. Fiber impregnation: Pass the fiberglass yarn through the resin tank to make it fully impregnated with the resin.
3. Winding forming: Use a special winding equipment to wind the impregnated fiber on the mandrel according to a certain rule to gradually form the shape of a round rod.
4. Curing: Put the wound round rod together with the mandrel into the curing oven or cure at normal temperature to make the resin cured and shaped.
5. Demolding: After curing is completed, remove the round rod from the mandrel.
6. Post-treatment: It may include cutting, grinding, surface treatment, etc. to obtain the required size and surface quality.
