The FRP Plastic pultruded Hollow square tube pipe can meet the customer's requirements by using different combination of resin, fibers and others.
The Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) pultruded hollow tubes offer a unique combination of chemical resistance, size stability, high strength, and thermal/electric non-conductivity, etc.

The process of fiberglass square tube usually includes the following several main steps:
1. Preparation of raw materials: Prepare raw materials such as fiberglass yarn and resin.
2. Weaving or winding: Arrange the fiberglass yarn in a certain structure through the weaving or winding process.
3. Resin impregnation: Make the woven or wound fiberglass fully impregnated with resin.
4. Molding and curing: Put the fiberglass impregnated with resin into the mold for molding and curing under certain temperature and other conditions.
5. Demolding: Take the cured square tube out of the mold.
6. Post-treatment: It may include trimming, grinding, surface treatment, etc. to improve the appearance quality and performance.

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-40 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
