Requirements communication

We confirm core parameters with the customer, including profile specifications, material requirements, application scenarios, and batch size requirements, and finalize technical standards and acceptance criteria.

Solution design (CAD drawings)
(2 - 3 days)
Our technical team creates CAD drawings of the profile cross-section based on the requirements, optimizes the structural design (e.g., adapting load-bearing capacity, thermal insulation, and corrosion resistance), and confirms the solution with the customer.
Custom mold manufacturing
20 - 30 days (for regular models) 
30 - 45 days (for complex and irregular models)
We manufacture custom extrusion/pultrusion molds based on the CAD drawings, completing mold precision calibration and trial runs.

Sample prototyping
(5 - 7 days)
We produce small batches of samples using the corresponding materials (polyurethane/fiberglass), adjusting production parameters to ensure the profile dimensions and appearance meet the drawing requirements.

Performance testing
(7 - 10 days)
We conduct third-party/laboratory testing (strength, thermal insulation, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.), issue test reports, and obtain customer confirmation of sample quality.
Mass production and delivery
We initiate large-scale production, conducting quality control checks throughout the process, and deliver the products according to the agreed logistics method after packaging.
