FRP fiberglass pultruded pultrusion profile square Fiber rectangular tube
Pultruded Fiberglass FRP square tube is a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin systems. FPR tube is produced in more than 100 standard shapes.
All Pultruded Fiberglass FRP square tube have a surface veil to protect against glass fibers penetrating the resin surface in service and to increase corrosion and UV resistance.

The processing technology of FRP Square Tube generally includes the following steps:
1. Resin preparation: Prepare the appropriate resin.
2. Fiber cutting: Cut the reinforcing fibers into the required lengths.
3. Mixing: Thoroughly mix the resin and fibers.
4. Mold filling: Pour the mixture into the square tube mold.
5. Rolling or vibrating: Use rolling or vibrating methods to ensure uniform distribution and remove air bubbles.
6. Curing: Allow the mixture to cure and solidify in the mold.
7. Demolding: Remove the cured square tube from the mold.
8. Finishing: Perform finishing operations such as trimming and surface treatment.
