Customized Fiberglass Profiles serve as a popular and highly advanced composite building material. Engineered to replace traditional metal and wood, these structural components offer exceptional durability and versatility. They have a widely used area, supporting critical infrastructure in environments such as chemical plants, sewage treatment facilities, industry plants, bridges, agriculture, sports, and leisure sectors. When handling these profiles, users immediately notice their remarkably smooth, non-porous surface and the solid, resonant sound they produce when tapped—a direct result of dense resin saturation and precise manufacturing.
Please see our standard dimension of some FRP pultrusion profiles below, and we highly welcome your customized dimension requirement. We provide a rich selection of standard cross-sections, including round tubes, square tubes, I-beams, and U-channels. Beyond standard shapes, our engineering team excels in opening new molds for highly specialized, irregular cross-sections. We can achieve ultra-thin wall thicknesses down to 2mm, ensuring that even the most stringent and complex engineering demands are met with absolute precision.
Profile Type | Available Shapes & Specifications | Customization Capability |
Standard Profiles | Round tubes, square tubes, I-beams, U-channels | Length cutting, specific wall thickness adjustments |
Custom / Irregular | Custom angles, multi-cavity profiles, specialized tracks | New mold creation, ultra-thin walls (low to 2mm) |
Our structural components are engineered to solve specific environmental challenges. By carefully adjusting the material formula, we can flexibly blend epoxy resins, polyester resins, and anti-UV additives based on your exact application environment. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive post-processing and assembly guidance, providing customized deep-processing services like precision cutting and drilling, alongside non-destructive assembly solutions such as specialized gluing, bolt fastening, or riveting tailored to fiberglass characteristics.
Unlike steel or aluminum, our profiles will never rust, rot, or peel when exposed to harsh chemicals, saltwater, or acidic industrial environments. The specialized resin matrix acts as an impenetrable shield against corrosive agents.
These profiles are inherently safe for electrical enclosures and high-voltage areas. They remain cool to the touch even in direct sunlight and prevent hazardous electrical conductivity, protecting both personnel and sensitive equipment.
Ideal for telecommunications, radar facilities, and hospitals, the non-magnetic nature of our materials ensures zero interference with radio waves, electromagnetic signals, or sensitive medical imaging machinery.
Weighing significantly less than traditional metals while maintaining an incredible strength-to-weight ratio, these profiles reduce transportation costs and eliminate the need for heavy lifting equipment during installation.
Our pultruded shapes maintain their exact dimensions under extreme temperature fluctuations and heavy structural loads. They will not warp, shrink, or expand, ensuring structural integrity over decades of use.
To eliminate ongoing maintenance costs, we support integral coloring matched to any RAL color card, preventing the need for repainting. We also offer specialized surface treatments including anti-slip grinding, protective painting, and surface printing to match your aesthetic and safety requirements.
Safety and reliability are at the core of our manufacturing philosophy. We provide detailed performance data to support your engineering decisions. Our customized fiberglass profiles have successfully passed the rigorous ASTM-E84 flame retardant test, ensuring optimal fire safety in commercial and industrial structures. Additionally, they feature a 10KV high-voltage insulation breakdown resistance, making them exceptionally safe for electrical applications. Thanks to our advanced UV-resistant formulations, these materials are guaranteed to deliver an anti-aging lifespan of over 20 years, even in the most severe outdoor environments.
Fiberglass structural Profile production is a continuous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Reinforcement fibers may be roving, continuous mat, woven roving, carbon, or others. The fibers are carefully impregnated with a precisely formulated polymer matrix (resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties. After the pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin, resulting in a perfectly cured, structurally sound component.
Relying on our self-owned factory's standardized production and strict quality control processes, we commit to rigorous factory inspections. Every single profile undergoes 100% mechanical performance and dimensional tolerance testing before leaving our facility, ensuring zero defects upon arrival at your site.
Our customized fiberglass profiles are designed to integrate seamlessly into your specific structural frameworks. Whether you require a tactile anti-slip surface for industrial walkways or a smooth, aesthetically pleasing finish for architectural facades, our profiles deliver both form and function. The visual consistency and structural rigidity of these components make them an ideal choice for upgrading aging infrastructure.
Our factory was founded in 2002. After more than 20 years of development, our company has become an expert of Fiberglass/ FRP /GRP raw materials and products in China. We have built our reputation on technical expertise, material innovation, and unwavering reliability.
As a FRP/GRP leader in China, we have had fruitful development during the past years. We currently operate multiple advanced continuous pultrusion production lines, giving us the scale and capacity to handle massive procurement orders with ease. We pride ourselves on offering a stable supply chain and transparent lead time commitments, ensuring that your project timelines are met regardless of peak or off-peak market seasons.
To ensure your structural profiles arrive in pristine condition, we employ meticulous packaging protocols designed to prevent scratching, bending, or impact damage during long-distance transit.
