The characteristics and advantages of customized fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pultrusion profiles.:
1. High strength and light weight
FRP products are much lighter weight than the metal products. Protruded composites are about 30 percent lighter than aluminum and up to 80 percent lighter than structural steel. They can be transported and placed much more easily and much less expensively.
2. Electric insulating
Fiberglass is non-conductive and radio frequency transparent. Perfect for housing electronics without disturbing their performance and protect employees from hazards inside.
3. Shape/Length designable
Unit length are selectable it could be from millimeters to more than eleven meters

Fiberglass structural Profile production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others.The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
