FRP which is one of its main products. The product is a kind of structural profiles which uses high-strength fiberglass roving as reinforcing material, thermosetting resin as the base and then is cast and formed on a special metal mold.
Customized fRP pultruded profiles include the following several situations: there are those with different shapes, such as square, round, and special-shaped ones; there are those with different size specifications to adapt to various installation scenarios; and there are also those with different performance characteristics, such as high strength, high corrosion resistance, high flame retardancy, etc., to meet the special needs of different fields and environments.

Processing Technique:
Fiberglass structural Profile production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others.The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
