Processing Technique of Customized High Quality Plastic fiberglass profiles:
Fiberglass structural Profile production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others.The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.

Secondly, select appropriate raw materials, such as high-quality fiberglass and plastic resins.
Then, prepare the molds according to the design, ensuring precise dimensions and surface quality.
Next, mix the fiberglass and resin in the proper ratio and pour it into the molds.
After that, allow the mixture to cure and solidify under appropriate temperature and time conditions.

Finally, remove the cured profiles from the molds, and perform necessary finishing operations such as trimming and polishing.

A: We welcome customers to take samples and check the quality and accept mixed samples.
Q2. Can I send you CAD drawings or 3D drawings, then you make samples for me to test?
A: Yes, we can make the products you need according to CAD drawings or 3D drawings. Q3. What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit,we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled,we start to prepare the shipment for you.
Q4. Do you inspect the finished products?
A: Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before shipping.
Q5. What is the lead time?
A:The sample needs 1-3 days, mass production depends on order quantity.
