Qualification
The following are the general process steps for the Fiberglass Pultrusion Profiles Customization:
1. Raw material preparation: Select appropriate fiberglass reinforcement materials (such as fiberglass yarn, mat, etc.) and resin matrix (such as unsaturated polyester resin, etc.).
2. Fiber arrangement: Arrange the fiberglass precisely according to the design requirements to obtain the required mechanical properties and shapes.
3. Resin impregnation: Let the arranged fiberglass pass through the resin tank to make it fully impregnated with the resin.
4. Preliminary shaping: Conduct preliminary shape formation before entering the pultrusion mold.
5. Pultrusion molding: Pull the resin-impregnated fiber out of the mold through the pultrusion equipment, and the mold gives the profile a specific shape, and during this process the resin gradually cures.
6. Curing and cooling: Make the profile fully cured under certain temperature and conditions, and then cool it.
7. Cutting and trimming: According to the customized size requirements, accurately cut the pultruded profile and trim the edges and other parts.
8. Surface treatment (if needed): Conduct surface treatment operations such as grinding and coating according to the application requirements to improve the appearance or add other performances.
9. Quality inspection: Conduct various quality index inspections on the customized fiberglass pultrusion profile to ensure compliance with the requirements.
