3. Mold preparation: Make an appropriate mold according to the product shape and size requirements. The mold can be a metal mold or a fiberglass reinforced plastic mold.
4. Gluing and laminating: Uniformly coat the resin glue on the mold surface, and then lay the reinforcing materials. It can be laid by hand or by machine.
5. Curing and molding: Put the mold into the curing equipment for heating or pressurizing to make the resin glue cure and mold. The curing time and temperature are adjusted according to the resin formula and product requirements.
6. Demolding and trimming: After the product is cured and molded, carry out the demolding operation and trim and surface treatment of the product to meet the final product quality requirements.
