Fiberglass structural Profile production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,continous mat,woven robing,carbon or others.The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties,After the pre-forming step,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.

A: *20-25 days to build the new moulds. *Mass production takes 15-20days for a 40HQ container.
A: Yes, Free samples, with freight carried on your side.
A: Before mass production, we will test the mould till its quality pass. In the production, your order will be followed by QC
during every step. Every product must be checked and signed before they move to the next process.
A: Our company owns extruding prodution lines, surface treatment production line. And we have professional engineers that help you
analyse the design. Regarding the window and door, curtain wall, we have our own systems for your reference.
