Qualification Certificates:
The manufacturing process of pultruded fiberglass mainly includes the following steps:
1. Yarn arrangement: Draw out the fiberglass roving from the yarn bobbin and evenly and neatly arrange it through the yarn arranging system.
2. Resin impregnation: Pass the well-arranged fiberglass roving through the tank filled with resin glue to make it evenly impregnated with the prepared unsaturated resin.
3. Pre-forming: The pre-impregnated reinforcing material passes through the pre-forming device, and through the pre-forming device, the pre-impregnated reinforcing material is gradually transitioned into the shape of the profile, while extruding the excess resin, and then enters the mold for molding and curing.
4. Molding and curing: The impregnated reinforcing material in the shape of the profile enters the mold and is cured and formed in the mold. The temperature of the mold is designed according to the curing process. Generally, the mold is divided into three different heating zones: preheating zone, gel zone and curing zone to control the curing speed.
5. Traction cutting: The traction device pulls the cured profile out of the mold. Generally, air cooling is used to cool the profile. The traction device can be a crawler type tractor or a hydraulic drawing machine, which needs to have sufficient pulling force.
