The processing technology of pultruded fiber-reinforced plastic composites generally includes the following steps:
1. Raw material preparation: Prepare reinforcing fibers (such as glass fibers, etc.) and resins (such as unsaturated polyester resins, etc.).
2. Fiber impregnation: Pass the fibers through the resin tank to fully impregnate the fibers with the resin.
3. Pre-forming: The impregnated fiber bundles pass through a series of guiding devices for preliminary shaping and arrangement.
4. Pultrusion: Use a traction device to continuously pull the pre-formed fibers and resin through the heated mold at a certain speed, and the resin is cured by heating in the mold.
5. Cooling and setting: The products coming out of the mold are cooled through the cooling device to set.
6. Cutting: Cut the continuous pultruded products into the required length as needed.
