Qualification Certificates:
The following is the general production process flow of fiberglass pultrusion profiles:
1. Raw material preparation: Prepare fiberglass reinforcement materials, resins, etc.
2. Fiber impregnation: Pass the fiberglass through the resin tank to make it fully impregnated with the resin.
3. Pre-forming: Through a specific device to initially sort out the fiber arrangement to form a pre-formed body.
4. Pultrusion forming: Using the pultrusion equipment, continuously pull the pre-formed body through the heated mold to cure the resin and form a specific shape.
5. Cutting: Cut the pultruded profile according to the required length.
6. Post-treatment: May include operations such as surface treatment.

(2) Usually, our product warranty is 18 months after leaving factory. within this months, all parts broken will be responsible for our factory.
(3) Regular contact with customer, consult with the customer feedback, come true with the customer's two-way communication.
